16U Softball Program Overview
Year-Round Development • College Exposure • Competitive Tournament Play
Program Mission
Our 16U program is a year-round development pathway designed for athletes who are committed to advancing their softball skills, increasing their game IQ, and preparing for opportunities at the collegiate level. The program combines purposeful training, competitive tournament play, and college preparation support to help athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field.
Elite Player Development
Training is led by a former D1 collegiate baseball player and is designed to accelerate player growth through position-specific instruction, advanced softball fundamentals, situational awareness, athletic development, and game strategy. Every practice is intentionally structured to build confidence, consistency, and competitive excellence.
College Preparation & Exposure
As athletes enter a critical stage in their softball journey, the program provides guidance and support throughout the college recruiting process. Players will receive education on recruiting timelines, communication with coaches, showcase preparation, and strategies to help them pursue opportunities at the next level.
Training Schedule
The season includes two practices per week throughout the year in the Wappingers Falls area. Training locations will vary based on workout objectives and seasonal needs, utilizing outdoor fields, indoor training facilities, and strength and conditioning environments to provide a complete athlete development experience.
Tournament & Showcase Schedule
Athletes will compete in approximately (10) events annually, consisting of a combination of tournaments and college showcase events throughout the Northeast. These events are selected to provide meaningful competition, player development opportunities, and increased collegiate exposure.
What Families Can Expect
